Routine Appliance Maintenance Service

Customers who agree to have ServCo perform quarterly routine maintenance on their equipment are always given priority response over non-routine maintenance customers when requesting appliance repair service on their equipment during normal business hours. Also, ServCo will respond to emergency service requests after hours, on weekends and holidays. Overtime rates will apply to any non-standard working hours. Standard working hours are: Monday- Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. ServCo will make every attempt to respond to our customers with routine maintenance agreements emergency service requests after hours, within 3 hours of receiving their emergency service request.

Ice Machine Routine Maintenance:

  • Disassemble water system plastics and water distribution tubes
  • Hand clean water level control and cube size control with approved cleaner
  • Remove debris/scale from water pump housing
  • Reassemble water system plastics and chemically clean complete water system
  • Drain and rinse water system and sanitize
  • Rinse water system
  • Brush off and blow out condenser coil with high pressure nitrogen to remove dust/ debris build up
  • Inspect condenser coil to determine if degreasing is required and quote accordingly
  • Perform start up, test production and adjust controls as required for proper performance
  • Clean and sanitize ice storage bin and ice baffle
  • Blow out unit drain lines
  • Use all purpose cleaner to clean exterior of cuber and bin

Reach-In, Walk-In Refrigerator / Freezer Routine Maintenance:

  • Inspect door seal
  • Inspect evaporator coil
  • Inspect condenser coil
  • Brush off and blow out with high pressure nitrogen gas if required
  • Adjust temperature control
  • Record interior temperature
  • Record compressor amperage
  • Check system for proper charge
  • Propose, in writing, any items found to need attention prior to performing additional work

Commercial A/C Maintenance:

  • Change or clean air intake filter
  • Lubricate moving parts as required
  • Check voltage
  • Check amperage
  • Check refrigerant level
  • Check electrical connections
  • Check belts
  • Check blower wheel for proper balance and cleanliness
  • Inspect evaporator coil for damage and cleanliness
  • Inspect condenser coil for damage and cleanliness
  • Check mounting of wall thermostat
  • Calibrate wall thermostat
  • Clear drain line
  • Inspect drain pan
  • Inspect insulation on refrigerant lines
  • Check air supply and air intake and temperature differences
  • Inspect condition of supply air vent
  • Inspect condition of return air vent
  • Inspect return box for mold and water damage
  • Check system performance
  • Quote any repairs, in writing, found to be needed prior to performing
